Two €29 ferries, two operators
Two companies stand behind the same price. The ferry with Wi-Fi runs for Líneas Romero: you choose the outward sailing when you buy, the ticket is valid for one day, and you come back the same or the next day without a new booking. Bring a passport or ID card; parking is free at the Líneas Romero car park in Órzola. If a sailing is cancelled because of the weather, the operator offers a refund or another time.
The roundtrip ferry transfer belongs to Biosfera Express. Here you collect your boarding passes before the trip at the sales office in Órzola harbour and cross on a double-deck ferry in half an hour. The €40 booking: what the €11 covers
The supplement over the €29 ferry pays for pickup and the ride back to your hotel, not for any admission on La Graciosa. After you book, the local partner contacts you to confirm pickup at your accommodation. From Playa Blanca there is no pickup on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays. If you book less than 24 hours before departure, pickup is not guaranteed and you go straight to the meeting point. Lunch is at your own expense.

The €66 island cruise builds the crossing into the itinerary, along with hotel pickup, lunch, drinks, and kayaks and snorkelling gear. If the weather changes the programme and the trip is cancelled, you get another date or your money back. On the €72 sailing trip, the return ferry ticket is expressly part of the price, as are pickup and drop-off at your hotel.

My recommendation for people planning their own visit is the €29 ferry with Wi-Fi and parking, because times and boarding are clearly regulated. Take the bus version only if Órzola is hard to reach, and the catamaran only if lunch and water activities are what you want from the day.
