Which Lanzarote drag show should you book: MHT or Guapatini?
Updated October 14, 2026 · 5 min read
The answer is unusually clear. Book the MHT Comedy Drag Dinner Experience if you want the complete evening: €49 per person, 4 to 6 hours, a three-course meal, live vocals, meet & greet and a photo, rated 4.7 from 743 reviews. Book Guapatini Live if you mainly want the performance and the lowest ticket price: €20, 3 hours, performed 100% in English, rated 4.9 from 76 reviews.

MHT: the one-ticket night
MHT takes place at CC La Peñita in Puerto del Carmen and calls itself the island’s award-winning comedy drag dinner show. The ticket covers a three-course meal, live vocals, a big production, a meet & greet and a photo. That matters if your group wants to sit down once and have the evening organised rather than finding dinner before or after.
The rating is slightly lower than Guapatini’s, but it rests on almost ten times as many reviews. The trade-off is simple: it costs €29 more and runs at least an hour longer. Do not book it for a quiet meal; the show and the singing are the product.

Guapatini: cheaper, shorter and all in English
Guapatini Live is a three-hour show at Guapatini’s Show Bar in Puerto del Carmen. The description promises glamour, songs and comedy and says the performance is 100% in English. It mentions no meal, so eat separately and compare the total evening rather than only the ticket.
4.9 from 76 reviews is excellent, but thinner evidence than MHT’s 743 reviews. It suits guests who follow English easily and care more about the show than a bundled meal, or guests who already have a restaurant table.
For mixed-language groups, language outweighs a two-tenths rating gap. If not everyone in your party speaks English, Guapatini is out, because everything is in English. The MHT description names live vocals and a big production but no stage language; ask before booking.

Our recommendation
For most people, choose MHT: the meal and 743 reviews remove two decisions from the evening. Choose Guapatini when €20, the shorter evening and English-language comedy outweigh dinner included. If you want a quiet, conversation-led night, neither is right.
Both venues are in Puerto del Carmen, so this is purely a programme decision, not a question of travel.
