Combined tickets for the Manrique centres: the honest 2026 answer

The short answer: there’s no Manrique pass any more. CACT has scrapped the multi-centre bonos, every centre is paid for separately, and all six paid centres together come to €87.40 per adult. There are two ways to cut that: combine the three northern centres in a single day (€43 admission), or take a guided tour that already has admission built into the price.

If you only have half a day to spare and don’t want a car, Cesar Manrique’s Lanzarote tour with Cactus Garden & LagOmar is the fastest way through: 4 hours, from €67 per person, 4.3 out of 5 from 16 reviews – a young listing, so read the recent reviews before you book.

Search for a Lanzarote attractions pass and you will find plenty of pages explaining how to save money with a CACT bono for three, four or six centres. Almost all of them are out of date, and following them costs you a wasted hour at a ticket desk.

The current position, in CACT’s own words on its frequently asked questions page: “Lamentablemente, ya no ofrecemos bonos para el acceso a varios Centros” — unfortunately, we no longer offer passes for access to several centres. The multi-centre tickets were withdrawn, and every centre is now paid for separately.

So the question changes. It is no longer “which pass should I buy”, it is “given that there is no pass, what is the cheapest way to see the ones I want”.

What each centre costs on its own

These are the published figures and visit times from CACT Lanzarote, the island council’s network.

Castillo de San José (MIAC)€5.4011:00 AM–6:00 PM60 min
Casa Museo del Campesinofree10:00 AM–6:00 PM50 min

All six paid centres come to €87.40 per adult. Children aged 0 to 6 go free everywhere in the network.

Two details will change your planning more than the prices do. At Montañas del Fuego and the Cueva de los Verdes, tickets can only be bought online, with a fixed date and time — there is no turning up and queueing. And CACT states plainly that “no se admiten cambios ni devoluciones”: no changes and no refunds. A timed slot you miss because the previous stop overran is money gone.

The two centres that are not CACT at all

This is where the phrase “Manrique pass” does the most damage. The César Manrique Foundation at Tahíche and the house museum at Haría belong to the Foundation, not to CACT. They cost €10 per adult each, or €17 for the two together, with children aged 7 to 12 at €3 each or €4 for both.

LagOmar at Nazaret is privately run and separate again, at around €10.

That €17 Foundation ticket is, in 2026, the only genuine combined admission on this subject. It saves €3 per adult. It is worth taking if you were going to both houses anyway; it is not a reason to add a second house to your plan.

The realistic bundles, priced

Almost nobody visits all seven. Three groupings cover most trips.

The volcanic three — Timanfaya, Jameos del Agua and the Cueva de los Verdes — is €64 per adult in admissions. It is also two separate corners of the island, so it is a long day by car, or two half-days.

The northern loop — Jameos, Cueva de los Verdes and Mirador del Río — is €43 per adult, and they sit within a short drive of each other, which makes it the most efficient combination on the island.

The design day — Jardín de Cactus, Mirador del Río, the free Casa Museo del Campesino and the Foundation at Tahíche — is €28 per adult and is much gentler on both legs and budget than anything involving Timanfaya.

When a guided tour becomes the cheaper option

Once the passes disappeared, coach tours quietly became the closest thing to a combined ticket, and the arithmetic is closer than most people expect.

The nine-hour tour to Timanfaya, Jameos del Agua and Cueva de los Verdes costs €89 per person. Admission alone for those three is €64. That leaves €25 for transport, a driver and booking the two timed, non-refundable slots – which are the most annoying part if you organise it yourself – and in exchange you don’t need a hire car for the day. How the day runs is covered in our article on the Timanfaya, Jameos del Agua and Cueva de los Verdes tour.

The eight-hour Legacy of César Manrique tour at €83 covers five stops, including the Foundation, the Cactus Garden, Mirador del Río, the farmer’s monument and Jameos del Agua. The César Manrique Full-Day Tour on the same theme runs to the Foundation, Jameos del Agua, the farmer’s monument and the Cactus Garden for €85 and takes 8 to 9 hours. A shorter, four-hour option combines the Cactus Garden with LagOmar for €67.

The line that decides all of this is on the booking page: whether admissions are included. A tour at €89 with entries included is good value against €64 plus a car. The same price with entries extra is not. Check it before you book — it is one line, and it is the whole difference. More comparisons sit on our César Manrique sights and Timanfaya and volcano tours pages.

Four ways people lose money here

Buying a bono from an unofficial site. If a page is still selling three- or six-centre passes, you are not dealing with CACT.

Missing a timed slot. With no refunds and no changes, leave a wider gap than feels necessary between Timanfaya and anything after it.

Paying for Timanfaya twice. If a coach tour includes it, do not also hold your own €30 ticket for the same day.

Assuming a resident discount applies to you. Reduced rates exist for Canary Islands residents and for visitors with a recognised disability, but CACT states they are granted only at the ticket desk, on presentation of physical documentation, and are not combinable.

The short version

There is no pass. Price the centres you actually want, put the northern three together, use the free Casa Museo del Campesino to pad a light day, and compare the total against a guided tour that includes admissions. For families, the order of visits matters as much as the price — that is covered in our guide to the Manrique centres with children.

Our recommendation

For most people with half a day: the four-hour Manrique tour with Cactus Garden and LagOmar for €67. It links two sites that sit far apart and barely justify a trip on their own. With 16 reviews, it’s the youngest listing on this page – read the reviews before you book.

Anyone who wants to tick off Manrique in a single day: the eight-hour Legacy of César Manrique tour for €83, 4.7 out of 5 from 220 reviews. The César Manrique Full-Day Tour for €85 covers four of the same sites and has the wider feedback, with 445 reviews.

On a tight budget: no tour at all. The northern loop of Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes and Mirador del Río costs €43 in admissions, and the Casa Museo del Campesino is free. With a hire car for two people, that stays the cheapest solution.

A tour isn’t for you if you only want to see one or two centres: then you’re paying for stops you don’t need. And the full-day tours aren’t for you if you’re travelling with young children – eight to nine hours with fixed departure times is a long day at that age.
